Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, applications, APIs and other technology provided by TRAZ GLOBAL LLC (“TRAZ”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. Product or provider terms may also apply to a specific service.

What TRAZ provides

TRAZ provides technology to access services such as international payments, virtual accounts, currency conversion and supported digital asset services. Availability depends on your eligibility, location, the product and the provider. TRAZ does not itself hold, custody or settle customer funds or digital assets. The applicable financial service provider or regulated institution performs the underlying financial activity under its own terms and requirements. Approval by TRAZ does not guarantee approval by a provider.

Your account and instructions

You must be at least 18 years old if you use the services as an individual and must provide accurate, current information about yourself, your business, its owners and the purpose of transactions. You must keep your credentials secure, tell us promptly about unauthorized access and update information when it changes. We and our providers may request documents to verify identity, beneficial ownership, source of funds and transaction purpose. We may decline an account or instruction if the required checks cannot be completed.

You are responsible for instructions submitted through your account or API credentials. Check beneficiary, currency, amount, network and wallet details before confirming. A submitted payment or digital asset transfer may be delayed, rejected or impossible to reverse. Virtual account details and supported payment routes must be used only as instructed in the platform. Third-party payments require our prior approval when applicable.

Prices, timing and limits

Applicable fees, exchange rates, amounts and expected timing are shown in the quote, platform or commercial agreement before you confirm an operation. A quote can expire or change before acceptance. Banks, providers and payment or blockchain networks may impose additional charges, cutoffs or delays disclosed for the relevant service. Transaction and account limits may vary by product, jurisdiction, provider and risk review.

Acceptable use and compliance

You may not use the platform for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, undisclosed third-party activity, false information, security abuse or attempts to bypass controls. You must comply with applicable law and provider requirements. TRAZ and its providers may screen customers and transactions, request additional information, and reject or restrict activity when required by law or risk controls. Suspension and account closure

We may suspend, restrict or close access if you breach these Terms, fail verification, create a security or compliance risk, or if a provider or law requires it. We will notify you when permitted. You may ask to close your account after pending instructions and amounts owed are resolved. Funds or assets held by a provider remain subject to that provider’s rules and applicable law.

Data, platform and responsibility

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. TRAZ owns or licenses the platform and its content; your access does not transfer those rights. Do not interfere with the platform, misuse APIs or attempt unauthorized access.

The services depend on third-party infrastructure and may be interrupted. TRAZ is responsible for its own technology and obligations under these Terms, subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, TRAZ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid TRAZ in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Changes, disputes and contact

We may update these Terms and will publish the updated version here. We will give notice of material changes when required by law or before they take effect when reasonably possible. If you do not accept an update, stop using the services and request account closure. Before filing a claim, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Disputes are handled by the courts competent under applicable law.
